Beach Fit in association with the Harbour Club, Shoreham Beach stage the new and exciting Group Exercise class that is Zumba on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Our instructor, Natalie West is a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer and her career has taken her across the world. Natalie attended Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, graduating with a Musical Theatre Diploma back in 2005, and has since achieved many credits in theatre, tv, film and choreography.

She has been teaching many different styles of dance all over the country for many years now and has recently added Zumba to her extensive list of capabilities.

Natalie says 'Dancing is such a great way to stay in shape. Put on a great track, have a giggle and you have completely forgotten that you are exercising!'.               

No matter what your ability level, get your feet moving and join the party!! Classes are £5 to trial. Please ensure you get there early to avoid disappointment, as places are restricted.

Class Times are as follows:

Mondays: 6.30pm-7.15pm

Wednesdays: 6.15pm-7.00pm

CIRCUITS @ BEACH FIT GYM

Saturdays & Sundays 8.00am-9.00am (Cardio & Core)

A class designed to kick start your weekend!! Combining a number of isometric and cardio exercises, this 60 minute class gets you burning calories from minute one!! Part of our Indoor Group Exercise package, from as little as £14.95 per month or £5 per class.

 

Wednesdays 8.15pm-9.00pm (Strength & Conditioning)

Designed to strengthen that Beach body this class involves TRX, Kettle bells, Medicine Balls and other functional strength equipment to promote lean muscle tissue and burn fat. Also, part of our Indoor Group Exercise package, from just £14.95 per month or £5 per class.

 

Thursdays 8.05pm-9.00pm (Warrior Workout)

Bad day at work? What better way to take out your frustrations than our 'Warrior Workout', hosted by our martial arts expert Kirsty the class includes strike based moves, boxing technique and various fitness stations to strip fat and strengthen upper and lower body. Part of our fantastic Indoor Group Exercise Package.
