The revolutionary flex deck absorption system on our treadmills help reduce impact levels to knees and joints and our cross trainers and bikes offer you an alternative cardio workout. All Life Fitness machines are equipped with ipod functionality so you can listen to your personal favourites.

Functional Strength Equipment

Strength training continues to evolve over time and at Beach Fit we move with the times. We have a great range of dumbells, barbells, kettlebells and other strength equipment designed to maximise your workout regime.

Post Workout!

After your work out why not take advantage of the excellent on site changing and showering facilities or grab an energising drink or choice of natural snacks from reception. Lockers are also available to use FOC to members.

Powerplate

Beach Fit is the only Power Plate Authorised Centre in Shoreham By Sea and all instructors are qualified to teach the benefits. Using the Power Plate machine helps stimulate an immediate increase in circulation, oxygenating the blood and improving the removal of toxins. This can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite for a smoother, sleeker silhouette.
