Find Us

Beach Fit can be found on Shoreham Beach accessed via the Shell Garage roundabout on the A259 coast road. Once on Shoreham Beach follow Harbour Way for approx 1.5 miles and we are positioned on the corner of Harbour Way and Seaspray Avenue. See you there!!

Personal Training

Daniel Gainsford, Kirsty Smith, Lynzi Mulford and Paul Crane are all REPS Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainers and are available for 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions at Beach Fit.
